Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of innovative sourcing strategies, behavioral and targeted interviewing techniques, AI-driven recruiting tools, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
Proven ability to develop, analyze, and act on key recruiting metrics and dashboards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a growth and learning mindset; comfortable driving change and innovation.
Experience leveraging AI, ATS platforms, and data analytics to optimize recruiting processes.
Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
