About the role

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for the college’s recruitment team and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, manage daily operations, and ensure delivery of outreach programs and events.
  • Guide and support a team of admissions professionals.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and adjust approaches as necessary.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to integrate program strengths into recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
  • Supervision experience.
  • Master’s Degree (considered)
  • Experience with Slate or other CRM systems (considered)
