About the role

  • Director, HR Business Partner driving execution of HR strategies for Insulet Corporation. Engaging with leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a strategic partner to assigned customer groups shaping and driving the execution of people strategies
  • Serves as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement programs across the organization
  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges and proactively strategizes process improvements
  • Coaches and counsels business leaders on performance management, employee relations, retention, and professional development
  • Regularly develops, monitors and updates workforce plan in partnership with assigned business leaders
  • Partners, evaluates, and advises on the impact of long-range planning on new programs/strategies
  • Leads strategic initiatives impacting the organization or within Human Resources
  • Fosters a culture consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR or related experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in HRBP roles strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting corporate functions or R&D organizations desirable but not required
  • Life science industry / healthcare industry experience desirable but not required
  • Experience working with and understanding of sales incentive compensation plans and designs
  • Demonstrated program/project management experience
