Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic partner to assigned customer groups shaping and driving the execution of people strategies
Serves as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development
Works closely with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement programs across the organization
Anticipates internal and external business challenges and proactively strategizes process improvements
Coaches and counsels business leaders on performance management, employee relations, retention, and professional development
Regularly develops, monitors and updates workforce plan in partnership with assigned business leaders
Partners, evaluates, and advises on the impact of long-range planning on new programs/strategies
Leads strategic initiatives impacting the organization or within Human Resources
Fosters a culture consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 12 years of HR or related experience
8+ years’ experience in HRBP roles strongly preferred
Experience supporting corporate functions or R&D organizations desirable but not required
Life science industry / healthcare industry experience desirable but not required
Experience working with and understanding of sales incentive compensation plans and designs
