About the role

  • Manager of Performance Media developing growth strategies and optimizing paid media campaigns at Intact Insurance. Leading a team to leverage analytics for marketing success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative growth paid media strategies while adapting to a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
  • Create a robust and diverse media mix to support a comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing AI Modeling team, to enhance sales forecasting and refine the Cost of Acquisition and ROI by channel.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Paid Media team, fostering analytical and technical excellence while cultivating leadership skills.
  • Use data analytics to uncover market trends, guide strategic decisions, and implement advanced A/B testing for optimized campaign performance.
  • Continue evolving our in-house SEM program with cutting-edge strategies.
  • Continuously assess the balance between in-house capabilities and external partnerships for strategic benefit.
  • Regularly report on performance, strategic progress, and opportunities to senior executives to enhance visibility and a shared understanding of goals.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Intact’s media successes in external forums and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven expertise in digital and paid media strategy, with robust analytical skills and the ability to craft high-performing media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership through developing and mentoring marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Strong experience in managing media budgets and optimizing the media mix for superior cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A goal-oriented and creative mindset that leverages data-driven decision-making to drive results.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
