About the role

  • Ensure projects are executed to meet client goals and deliver measurable results
  • Coordinate resources for project execution and manage timelines and budgets
  • Provide proactive client updates, including weekly updates, calls, email, and in-person meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, content managers, developers, designers, and external vendors to deliver work
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with clients focusing on KPIs, campaign performance, and next steps
  • Manage project budgets and proactively communicate financial progress
  • Update backlog and resource planning sheets weekly to maintain accurate revenue forecasting
  • Identify risks early, perform risk mitigation, and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Partner with teammates to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness and seek opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a comparable role
  • Experience working in an agency environment, working on highly diversified and varied projects
  • Strong background in direct client communication
  • Ability to navigate conversations with both the team and client around the budget
  • Hands-on experience tracking project KPIs and deliverables
  • Previous experience creating and tracking project tasks
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to “go above and beyond”
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in business strategy and solutions
  • Some travel may occasionally be required to meet with clients and project teams
  • Nice to have: BA in Marketing or relevant industry experience
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of contemporary marketing research trends and ability to lead inside sales
