  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication, strategic guidance, and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding each client's goals, operations, and industry landscape.
  • Lead client meetings and reviews to align priorities, budgets, deliverables, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure high-quality execution and a seamless client experience.
  • Track performance metrics and translate results into clear insights and next-step recommendations.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and account forecasting to maintain accuracy and financial alignment.
  • Ensure client retention by maintaining satisfaction, addressing concerns quickly, and reinforcing long-term value.
  • Drive client growth by identifying and developing new initiatives or service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align account performance with SPARK's overall strategy and goals.
  • Coordinate in-person visits or events to strengthen relationships and reinforce partnership value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, software, or digital service environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience navigating conversations around budgets, performance, and outcomes.
  • A proactive, positive approach with a focus on delivering results and strengthening long-term partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of digital and/or software development process.
