About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers.
  • Act as the central point of contact, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and addressed while aligning these needs with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage communication, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and account profitability.
  • Analyze customer data, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address any issues to build lasting partnerships.
  • Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, and logistics audits.
  • Drive and monitor account profitability focusing on key financial metrics.
  • Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance satisfaction.
  • Evaluate RFQs from customers and provide guidelines for cost estimates.
  • Manage access to customer data and ensure distribution of the latest information.
  • Communicate new customer requirements to relevant internal teams.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the job responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
