About the role

  • Own a portfolio of regional accounts operating in multiple POS in EMEA mainly (average portfolio up to 10 accounts)
  • Responsible for understanding client’s travel program goals, strategies and expectations, and identify initiatives to drive future enhancements, client’s satisfaction, or process/program efficiency
  • Contract management and accountability for full scope of program and delivery of the corresponding POS
  • Collaborate with local account managers in each POS to aggregate and deliver data from all POS to client, while cascading instructions to secondary markets to execute and managing local operational issues
  • Proactively recognize risks to the partnership, identify an action plan, and proactively coordinate mitigating actions with other Egencia internal partners
  • Deliver differentiated value to the client which leads to client happiness and retention
  • Positively influencing the key client decision makers through effective communication and strategic guidance
  • Deliver regular Business Reviews to clients
  • Provide analysis and deliver recommendations to drive a strong program adoption and deliver opportunity and growth discussion
  • Liaises internally with Egencia piers working on global and regional accounts to get best practices and benchmarking and consults the client accordingly
  • Promote connect community and self-service
  • Domestic and internal travel as needed

Requirements

  • Extensive customer/client facing experience with prior experience managing a portfolio of multi-PoS clients
  • Strong negotiating and facilitation skills including the ability to handle objections
  • Significant experience in dealing with tenders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a data-driven, analytical approach to the client’s travel program in a consultative manner as the subject matter authority
  • Good organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Great teammate with ability to act as a team leader
  • Customer-centric with change management ability
  • Good financial acumen
  • Professional English
  • Experience with the use of a CRM, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ideally previous experience in travel, technology, or SaaS background
