Responsibilities
Support strategic and operational Human Development and Organizational (DHO) initiatives
Climate and Engagement Management: participate in PPR committees, conduct climate follow-ups (FUPs), organize diversity events and engagement actions
Monitoring Goals and Indicators: targets, follow-ups on operational indicators
Training and Development: manage the training matrix and organize mandatory trainings
Manage programs such as Young Apprentice, Interns and the Mentor (Buddy) Program
Recruitment and Selection: job postings, screening and interviews
Support coordination and supervision routines; attend meetings with leadership
Organizational Projects and Studies: support structure mapping and exit interviews
Support visits and relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience across core HR subsystems
Analytical capability and the ability to influence others
Postgraduate degree in people management is desirable
Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools
