Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational Human Development and Organizational (DHO) initiatives
- Climate and Engagement Management: participate in PPR committees, conduct climate follow-ups (FUPs), organize diversity events and engagement actions
- Monitoring Goals and Indicators: targets, follow-ups on operational indicators
- Training and Development: manage the training matrix and organize mandatory trainings
- Manage programs such as Young Apprentice, Interns and the Mentor (Buddy) Program
- Recruitment and Selection: job postings, screening and interviews
- Support coordination and supervision routines; attend meetings with leadership
- Organizational Projects and Studies: support structure mapping and exit interviews
- Support visits and relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience across core HR subsystems
- Analytical capability and the ability to influence others
- Postgraduate degree in people management is desirable
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools
