About the role

  • Support strategic and operational Human Development and Organizational (DHO) initiatives
  • Climate and Engagement Management: participate in PPR committees, conduct climate follow-ups (FUPs), organize diversity events and engagement actions
  • Monitoring Goals and Indicators: targets, follow-ups on operational indicators
  • Training and Development: manage the training matrix and organize mandatory trainings
  • Manage programs such as Young Apprentice, Interns and the Mentor (Buddy) Program
  • Recruitment and Selection: job postings, screening and interviews
  • Support coordination and supervision routines; attend meetings with leadership
  • Organizational Projects and Studies: support structure mapping and exit interviews
  • Support visits and relationship-building activities with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience across core HR subsystems
  • Analytical capability and the ability to influence others
  • Postgraduate degree in people management is desirable
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools
