About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor digital journey metrics, such as self-service penetration, conversion rate, abandonment rate, access volume, and resolution rate.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on behavioral data and operational metrics.
- Analyze performance of digital channels (app, website, virtual assistant, WhatsApp and other channels).
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and systems to build an integrated view of the digital experience.
- Build management dashboards and indicator tracking panels.
- Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations with analytical summaries, critical insights and recommendations.
- Translate numbers into executive narratives that support project prioritization and investment decisions.
- Support the development of a quantitative view of the customer journey, connecting digital behavior to business metrics.
- Collaborate with Digital Transformation, Customer Service, Product, Engineering, and Voice of the Customer teams to align data and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
- Previous experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive materials.
- Knowledge of digital metrics and customer experience KPIs.
- Ability to work with data consolidation and cross-referencing multiple data sources.
