About the role

  • Functional Analyst ensuring integration of HR tools and optimizing employee experience at Gupy. Collaborating with tech and HR teams to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the HR tools ecosystem is seamlessly connected, automating data flows and optimizing the employee experience through efficient and secure integrations.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate HR needs into technical integration specifications (field mapping, transformation logic and frequency).
  • Ecosystem Management: Maintain and monitor integrations between ERP/payroll systems and specialist platforms (e.g., Gupy, Workday, SuccessFactors, RM Totvs, Senior, etc.).
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and keep data flow diagrams and data dictionaries (data mapping) up to date.
  • QA and Testing: Plan and execute integration tests (including UAT), ensuring data integrity and proper handling of exceptions/errors.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the link between the technical team and clients' HR teams, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in manual processes and propose automations to reduce the HR team's operational effort.

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS: Functional knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment & Selection, Hiring/Onboarding, Performance, Engagement, Training and Organizational Structure).
  • Technical Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), file formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and file transfer tools (SFTP).
  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to run queries for data validation and to produce simple reports.
  • LGPD Awareness: Critical understanding of information security and the privacy of sensitive employee data (LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban for managing work and requests.
  • Technical English: Ability to read documentation and support global software in English.
  • Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Digibee, Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft) or automation platforms (n8n, Make, Power Automate).
  • Experience in large-scale payroll system integration projects.
  • Spanish.
