About the role

  • Design and own the regional training strategy, setting KPIs and driving results
  • Orchestrate content production, and excel at delivering live training and presentations
  • Build strong relationships with Go-To-Market teams, regional stakeholders, and global content creators
  • Analyze metrics to refine and optimize our offerings for maximum impact
  • Continuously refresh and enhance the curriculum, translating customer needs into compelling interactive learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing/delivering dynamic live education content
  • Extensive experience in public speaking and delivering high-impact presentations
  • Expert stakeholder and project management
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to translate needs into engaging product stories
  • SaaS, accounting, or small business experience is a plus.
