Responsibilities
Design and own the regional training strategy, setting KPIs and driving results
Orchestrate content production, and excel at delivering live training and presentations
Build strong relationships with Go-To-Market teams, regional stakeholders, and global content creators
Analyze metrics to refine and optimize our offerings for maximum impact
Continuously refresh and enhance the curriculum, translating customer needs into compelling interactive learning experiences.
Requirements
Proven track record in developing/delivering dynamic live education content
Extensive experience in public speaking and delivering high-impact presentations
Expert stakeholder and project management
Commercial acumen
Ability to translate needs into engaging product stories
SaaS, accounting, or small business experience is a plus.
