About the role

  • HR Administrator supporting the implementation of personal development measures and managing workshops. Collaborating with leadership and staff to enhance organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support in implementing personnel development measures (e.g., individual development and career plans) to effectively shape succession planning, knowledge management, and employee retention
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops, including close collaboration with external providers
  • Support the analysis of employee surveys and feedback instruments to continuously develop the association and its culture
  • Provide support and advice to managers and employees on training, personnel, and organizational development matters
  • Manage a learning and knowledge management system and develop and implement digital learning formats
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Participate in HR projects and support overarching HR topics

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an industrial clerk or office clerk, or an equivalent vocational qualification
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and openness to new, modern IT systems
  • Conceptual, structured working style
  • Strong communication skills combined with a confident and friendly demeanour
  • Valid Class B driving licence
