Senior Coach/Facilitator for leadership development helping teams at TheHRchapter. Work with external coaches to facilitate leadership sessions in Rotterdam area.
Responsibilities
Het creëren en vaststellen van een RET werksessie format ‘gap-analyse’ i.s.m. het team externe coaches en de Vakschool Leiderschap.
Intake en facilitering van werksessie.
Uitwerken van actiepunten en aanzetten tot ontwikkeling.
Evalueren en afhankelijk van vervolg verder coachen van het team.
Requirements
Minimaal 15 jaar werkervaring.
Minimaal de laatste 5 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig Coach/Facilitator.
Meer dan 3 jaar teams van leidinggevenden op operationeel en strategisch niveau begeleid.
Nobco en/of EMCC geaccrediteerd of andere gerenommeerde coachingsopleidingen afgerond met een certificaat.
Ervaring in een operationele omgeving.

De totale duur van de opdracht loopt tot 15 december 2026.
De startdatum zal ingaan in maart of april 2026 (in overleg).
De verwachting qua totale tijdsbesteding is +/- 30 dagdelen verdeeld over de periode april 2026 tot december 2026.
Een team werksessie bestaat uit 1 of 2 dagdelen (een dagdeel bestaat uit 4 uur).
De voorbereidingstijd bestaat uit 4 uur per sessie.
Je werkt gemiddeld 4 dagdelen per maand per Senior Coach/Facilitator Leiderschapsontwikkeling.
