Responsibilities

  • Grow and nurture a portfolio of clients for the UK market
  • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn risks
  • Own and manage renewal activities
  • Gather customer product feedback
  • Develop and automate processes
  • Bring in new ideas to delight customers
  • Be the main point of contact for customers

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales and/or CSM position is preferred.
