About the role

  • Customer Success Manager Jr. at Saipos responsible for client retention and activation. Collaborate with teams to provide a positive customer experience and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Execute retention and reactivation strategies for inactive customers;
  • Reverse churn: understand the reasons for churn and offer solutions that make sense for the customer, ensuring they see value in the product;
  • Provide customer support, resolving questions and operational issues;
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience;
  • Encourage active use of the platform by recommending best practices and relevant features to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing or customer service roles;
  • Currently pursuing a university degree;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized with strong task and time management abilities;
  • Proactive in solving problems and suggesting improvements;
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and customer support tools;
  • Comfortable working in a team and engaging with different customer profiles;
  • Emotional intelligence to handle day-to-day challenges;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
