Responsibilities
Execute retention and reactivation strategies for inactive customers;
Reverse churn: understand the reasons for churn and offer solutions that make sense for the customer, ensuring they see value in the product;

Work closely with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience;
Encourage active use of the platform by recommending best practices and relevant features to customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing or customer service roles;
Currently pursuing a university degree;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized with strong task and time management abilities;
Proactive in solving problems and suggesting improvements;
Basic knowledge of CRM and customer support tools;
Comfortable working in a team and engaging with different customer profiles;
Emotional intelligence to handle day-to-day challenges;
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
