About the role

  • CRM Specialist managing CRM data accuracy and supporting business development at King & Spalding. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing user support in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM data updates and change requests
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to CRM users
  • Participate in testing and validation of new CRM features
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  • Produce and distribute CRM data and usage reports
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technology related field
  • A minimum of two years’ hands on CRM experience
  • Relevant certifications, coursework or training are a plus but not required, e.g., CRM, data visualization
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a CRM data steward
  • Strong command of data management practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Clear, professional communicator
