Responsibilities
Manage CRM data updates and change requests
Provide day‑to‑day support to CRM users
Participate in testing and validation of new CRM features

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technology related field
A minimum of two years’ hands on CRM experience
Relevant certifications, coursework or training are a plus but not required, e.g., CRM, data visualization
Demonstrated experience serving as a CRM data steward
Strong command of data management practices
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
