About the role

  • The Client Success Manager owns the customer relationship, ensuring SMB and mid-market customers realize value, renew successfully, and expand their services with Solis.
  • Take ownership of executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), showcasing ROI and future roadmap alignment.
  • Proactively manage renewals to minimise risk and maximise retention.
  • Identify and advance expansion initiatives to contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients.
  • Lead strategic conversations and develop tailored success plans to ensure solutions align with each customer's goals and desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery and Operations teams to champion customer needs internally.
  • Track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • A background in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP
  • Demonstrated success in renewal execution and expansion motions
  • Strong communication skills being able to build long lasting relationships
  • Experience tracking and forecasting account health, risks, and growth potential using CRM tools
  • Ability to collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams
