About the role

  • Order Processing, Delivery / Warehouse Coordination, Order Management and After Sales Process
  • Establishing and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned.
  • Understand, various questions and inquiries from customers about Danfoss’s products and services.
  • Collaborating with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
  • Supporting fellow Customer Service team members locally and internationally, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals.
  • Handling of logistics request with global vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 Years Work Experience in Customer Service environment with full understanding of Order to Cash flow
  • SAP SD module experience is required
  • Salesforce Experience is preferred
  • Multi-national company experience is required
  • Good experience of professional communication with both customer and abroad vendors
  • Strong responsibility, passion
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to well cooperate with diverse stakeholders
