About the role

  • Customer Service & Sales Administrator managing French-speaking customer inquiries and bookings. Supporting sales conversion and travel arrangements for motorsport events during a hybrid working model in London.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and bookings in both French and English via email, telephone, online chat, and social media private messages.
  • Provide product knowledge, suggestions, and tailored recommendations to convert inbound enquiries into sales.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotes to clients.
  • Arrange and book travel components for customers, including flights and accommodations.
  • Translate website content, customer communications, and other relevant materials from English to French.
  • Accurately manage and input customer bookings into the online system.
  • Attend headline events to support setup and operations, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, events, or travel booking is desirable.
