Responsibilities
Special assignments: You take on exciting projects and are responsible for their implementation within Customer Service Sales Support

Requirements
Completed degree or equivalent qualification, or a completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience
Project management: You are familiar with project management methodologies and have successfully led various projects, ideally including IT-related initiatives
Leadership: Ideally, you bring initial experience in leadership or project management
Analytical skills: You have a strong aptitude for numbers and quickly identify patterns and relationships
Communication: With your clear and persuasive manner, you win over diverse stakeholders for your topics
Execution: Your ideas don’t remain theoretical — you implement them in a structured and efficient way
IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital tools and systems (e.g., artificial intelligence) and promote their use
Language skills: You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
