About the role

  • Referent für Projekte und Sonderaufgaben im Customer Service Sales Support bei BERNER. Verantwortlich für Projektmanagement, Analysen und Prozessoptimierung im Vertrieb.

Responsibilities

  • Special assignments: You take on exciting projects and are responsible for their implementation within Customer Service Sales Support
  • Project work: As a specialist for projects and special assignments in inside sales, you support cross-departmental initiatives and ensure their successful delivery
  • Analysis: You conduct ad-hoc and regular analyses on sales-related topics and derive actionable recommendations
  • Process optimization: You critically review existing workflows and further develop them to increase efficiency
  • Coordination: You manage multiple topics simultaneously and ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Innovation: You proactively contribute new ideas and support their implementation
  • Reporting: You provide transparency through clear reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification, or a completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience
  • Project management: You are familiar with project management methodologies and have successfully led various projects, ideally including IT-related initiatives
  • Leadership: Ideally, you bring initial experience in leadership or project management
  • Analytical skills: You have a strong aptitude for numbers and quickly identify patterns and relationships
  • Communication: With your clear and persuasive manner, you win over diverse stakeholders for your topics
  • Execution: Your ideas don’t remain theoretical — you implement them in a structured and efficient way
  • IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital tools and systems (e.g., artificial intelligence) and promote their use
  • Language skills: You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
