About the role

  • Consultant Customer Service supporting clients in software solutions through onboarding and functional design. Collaborating closely with the team and clients for optimal service in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for our existing customers and partners regarding our add-on solutions
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, assist with the rollout of new features, and actively contribute to product enhancements
  • Provide timely support for incoming customer inquiries via the internal ticketing system
  • Handle issues via remote access or telephone
  • Independently implement customer requirements, including creating functional specifications and conducting tests
  • Collaborate closely with the team and involve additional specialists for complex topics

Requirements

  • Strong affinity for software solutions and digital processes
  • Ideally, experience in a similar role or from working with a software company
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain and present complex technical topics clearly
  • Enjoy conveying technical topics in an engaging and audience-appropriate way
  • Confident professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
