About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of the customer journey across all touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
  • Develop and implement CX strategies that align with client objectives and customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and data analytics to gain insights into customer needs and preferences
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience strategy
  • Oversee the implementation of CX initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate CX insights and strategies, fostering a customer-centric culture within organizations
  • Advocate for best practices in customer experience, providing training and guidance to internal teams and clients to embed a customer-first mindset
  • Drive CX within The House of Marketing by contributing to internal projects, initiatives, and research efforts
  • Contribute to internal commercial initiatives by collaborating on proposals and presentations
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, training workshops, and CX challenges
  • Stay ahead of CX trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and enrich the team with your insights

Requirements

  • A business-related Master's degree or an equivalent in experience
  • A broad or general/T-shaped marketing or CX profile with business sense
  • Open to work on broader marketing-related interim and/or consulting assignments
  • Proven track record as a Customer Experience Consultant (+5 years)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee CX initiatives from conception through to execution and evaluation
  • A deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in customer experience and digital marketing
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • English language skills required + French and/or Dutch
