About the role

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels;
  • Clarify and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Schedule maintenance, including corrective and preventive services for rented vehicles, and guide customers through the entire process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 6:08 PM or Monday to Saturday - 9:40 AM to 6:00 PM
