Leverage knowledge of sales processes for the material handling, industrial parts and/or construction markets to identify customer needs.
Navigate and research information within company ERP and CRM systems to check product price and availability.
Requirements
minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related role
expertise in cold calling techniques
solid understanding of the material handling and industrial parts industry
excellent relationship-building skills
proficiency in leveraging ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
