About the role

  • Assist in planning and executing customer bonding campaigns (e.g., personalized outreach, loyalty programs, giveaways)
  • Support the development of promotional materials and messaging across email, social media, and other channels
  • Help coordinate customer appreciation events or experiences
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendations
  • Conduct research on customer engagement trends and competitor strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel, Canva or Figma, Klaviyo or email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
