Responsibilities
Lead the integration project of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with SPC Brasil's digital channels to create automated journeys for platform users;
Map and build relationship nurture journeys, briefs and marketing campaigns for digital channels (websites and mobile apps);
Develop and oversee the CRM strategy focused on Acquisition, Monetization and Expansion for SPC Brasil's digital channels (websites and mobile apps);
Execute and manage communications via email marketing, SMS and WhatsApp;
Develop and analyze dashboards using the platforms provided by SPC Brasil to evaluate results and create action plans to meet the department's targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital or related fields preferred;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar delivery platforms and experience integrating platforms;
Knowledge and experience defining and measuring KPIs (CTR, ROI and NPS) and marketing campaign metrics;
Experience planning, conducting and tabulating quantitative and qualitative research data;
Strong analytical skills to optimize actions based on data;
Creative, innovative and results-oriented profile;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Experience planning, monitoring and reporting campaign and data metrics for email marketing and CRM;
Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, growth and integrated campaigns.
