About the role

  • Develop data-driven, targeted creative concepts for performance campaigns.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs and work closely with design, copy, and media teams.
  • Analyze the performance of creatives and derive concrete optimization recommendations.
  • Test hooks, visuals, and CTAs through A/B testing.
  • Manage the entire ad production process — from concept to finished ad asset.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand and achieves KPI targets.
  • Collaborate across teams with Marketing, Brand, and Product.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising — ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or DTC.
  • Proven experience creating successful creatives that increased clicks, conversions, and revenue.
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Data-driven and able to make creative decisions based on metrics.
  • Confident in German and English — written and spoken.
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and impactful copy.
  • Structured, independent, and able to keep an overview across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and creative testing frameworks.
