About the role

  • Creative strategist leading paid social advertising campaigns at Newform, a performance marketing agency for tech brands. Collaborating with creators and data analytics to optimize ad content.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact on content for assigned clients
  • Lead UGC ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and execution with creators
  • Partner with editors to bring ads to life
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with precision
  • Analyze performance data to continuously improve content performance and scale
  • Stay ahead of UGC + paid ads trends to keep clients on the cutting edge

Requirements

  • MUST have hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
  • Ability to manage creative production workflows
  • (Preferred) Creator or acting experience
