About the role

  • Creative Lead developing and delivering creative contents for PokerStars Southern Europe through innovative design and effective production management. Leading teams while collaborating with PSN global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop category leading creative to brief and present to stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end production across design, copy, static, motion and video production
  • Develop and implement efficient and agile working practices across teams to deliver creative from brief to execution quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with PSN global teams to procure content and creative for key Poker calendar moments including live events
  • Develop and integrate fully the PokerStars Brand Positionings for France and Spain, building on existing work to truly integrate key brand codes including characters, sonics and transitions
  • Inspire teams to pursue innovative and compelling ways to develop & deliver stand out creative and multi-channel content to our audiences
  • Collaborate and support external production agencies with design tool kits and core graphics
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to help bring compelling propositions to life for senior stakeholders
  • Work with wider media and engagement teams, including PSN to analyse data to understand what creative is and isn’t working

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of creative development and production experience.
  • Creative or advertising agency experience beneficial
  • A natural and curious creative on the cutting edge of current trends and innovations
  • Strong leader who can galvanise personnel from varied production disciplines
  • Experience managing teams of designers, motion graphics operators, copywriters and production agencies
  • Experience of setting up ways of working and agile production flows
  • Strong understanding of and passion for motion graphics production
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to sell in creative
  • A critical eye who can provide sensitive, constructive feedback
  • A creative and logistics problem solver
  • Highly organised and forward thinking
  • Adaptable and quick to pivot
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with an adaptable and positive attitude
