About the role

  • Creative Strategist collaborating with Performance Team to create Meta Ads campaigns. Responsible for developing creative strategies, copy, and briefings for impactful advertising.

Responsibilities

  • You are the creative backbone of our performance campaigns and work closely with our Performance Team
  • Your task: turn strategy into concrete ideas, copy, scripts and creative briefings so that numbers become real winner creatives
  • You convert strategic directives from the Performance Team into razor-sharp creatives that sell
  • You research trends, target audiences and competitors (e.g., using Ad Library, TikTok, ChatGPT)
  • You write copy, hooks and storylines that drive clicks and conversions
  • You create scripts and briefings for creators, editors and, when needed, founders
  • You spar with media buyers and editors, provide feedback, prioritize assets and keep an overview
  • You evaluate creatives using clear KPIs (hook rate, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • You structure creative tests (e.g., with a testing matrix, awareness stages) and derive actionable learnings

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing — ideally from an agency or an in-house D2C brand team
  • Copywriting skills that sell — you know how to craft strong hooks, headlines and ad copy to generate clicks and conversions
  • Creative-strategic thinking — you spot patterns in creatives, understand audiences psychologically and extract smart insights from data
  • Awareness stages are not a buzzword for you — you design creatives along customer awareness and funnel stages
  • Confident use of Meta Ads Manager (Bonus: TikTok, Google, YouTube)
  • Understanding of creative production — you don’t need to operate a camera, but you have a feel for how a concept becomes a top-performing video
  • Tool literacy — you are comfortable with ChatGPT, ad libraries, Canva, Creative Cloud and, optionally, Premiere Pro
  • Team player & ownership — you actively contribute, take responsibility and work closely with Design, Video & Performance
