About the role
- Recruiter handling recruitment and selection tasks for international clients in São Paulo. Conducting interviews, feedback, and analysis to ensure project quality.
Responsibilities
- Alinhamento e divulgação de vagas dos clientes e área comercial;
- Entrevistas por competência;
- Captação de referências profissionais (reference check) dos candidatos;
- Responsabilidade de entrega, filtros e qualidade nos projetos e consultoria de RH em geral;
- Análise de currículos, mapeamento de mercado e relatórios para clientes;
- Feedback negativo para candidatos;
- Inputs no sistema operacional interno e CRM próprio;
- Planejamento de resultados, controle do faturamento e metas mensais da área;
- Reporte para o Gerente de Recrutamento e Seleção.
Requirements
- Formação em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia ou Marketing;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos com recrutamento e seleção mandatório;
- Bom relacionamento pessoal, pró-atividade e comunicação;
- Conhecimento avançado em pacote Office;
- Desejável inglês ou espanhol fluentes;
- Foco em resultado, dinamismo e senso de dono para trabalhar com autonomia;
