Responsibilities
Alinhamento e divulgação de vagas dos clientes e área comercial;
Entrevistas por competência;
Captação de referências profissionais (reference check) dos candidatos;
Responsabilidade de entrega, filtros e qualidade nos projetos e consultoria de RH em geral;
Análise de currículos, mapeamento de mercado e relatórios para clientes;
Feedback negativo para candidatos;
Inputs no sistema operacional interno e CRM próprio;
Planejamento de resultados, controle do faturamento e metas mensais da área;
Reporte para o Gerente de Recrutamento e Seleção.
Requirements
Formação em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia ou Marketing;
Experiência mínima de 3 anos com recrutamento e seleção mandatório;
Bom relacionamento pessoal, pró-atividade e comunicação;
Conhecimento avançado em pacote Office;
Desejável inglês ou espanhol fluentes;
Foco em resultado, dinamismo e senso de dono para trabalhar com autonomia;
