About the role
- Compensation and Benefits Specialist shaping SEB's remuneration offering across the Baltic region. Managing compensation processes and benefits with a focus on Latvia in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits processes in line with company strategy and local regulations
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure market competitiveness
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation & benefits-related matters in Latvia including monitoring local legislation and trends
- Coordinate and align compensation & benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
- Participate in Group initiatives and projects related to the implementation of pay processes and policies
- Ensure clear and timely communication of compensation and benefits practices to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Compensation process area
- Experience from working with benchmarking, job architecture and job evaluation
- Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills
- Good project management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way
- Are fluent in local language, and English language, as you will be working in Baltic team and Baltic level projects.
