About the role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits processes in line with company strategy and local regulations
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure market competitiveness
  • Act as a subject matter expert on compensation & benefits-related matters in Latvia including monitoring local legislation and trends
  • Coordinate and align compensation & benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
  • Participate in Group initiatives and projects related to the implementation of pay processes and policies
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of compensation and benefits practices to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Compensation process area
  • Experience from working with benchmarking, job architecture and job evaluation
  • Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way
  • Are fluent in local language, and English language, as you will be working in Baltic team and Baltic level projects.
