Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits processes in line with company strategy and local regulations
Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure market competitiveness
Act as a subject matter expert on compensation & benefits-related matters in Latvia including monitoring local legislation and trends
Coordinate and align compensation & benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
Participate in Group initiatives and projects related to the implementation of pay processes and policies
Ensure clear and timely communication of compensation and benefits practices to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
Preferably 5+ years of experience in the Compensation process area
Experience from working with benchmarking, job architecture and job evaluation
Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills
Good project management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way
Are fluent in local language, and English language, as you will be working in Baltic team and Baltic level projects.
