About the role
- Prepare media schedules according to received documents;
- Assemble commercial breaks for Grupo RBS broadcast outlets;
- Ensure quality and consistency of our commercial breaks;
- Monitor and verify that broadcasts match the media schedule;
- Receive and review advertising materials in accordance with legislation and commercial guidelines;
- Execute other operational processes related to the area;
- Maintain excellence across all processes to ensure compliance with operational quality standards and timely delivery of media;
- Maintain direct contact with internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
- Affinity for process-oriented work and routine tasks;
- Ability to solve complex problems;
- Flexibility and adaptability to possible changes;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Consultative, proactive and communicative service profile; systemic perspective; strong interpersonal skills; collaborative attitude and sense of urgency;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Availability to work standby/on-call shifts for occasional situations/projects.
