About the role

  • Prepare media schedules according to received documents;
  • Assemble commercial breaks for Grupo RBS broadcast outlets;
  • Ensure quality and consistency of our commercial breaks;
  • Monitor and verify that broadcasts match the media schedule;
  • Receive and review advertising materials in accordance with legislation and commercial guidelines;
  • Execute other operational processes related to the area;
  • Maintain excellence across all processes to ensure compliance with operational quality standards and timely delivery of media;
  • Maintain direct contact with internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Affinity for process-oriented work and routine tasks;
  • Ability to solve complex problems;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to possible changes;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Consultative, proactive and communicative service profile; systemic perspective; strong interpersonal skills; collaborative attitude and sense of urgency;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Availability to work standby/on-call shifts for occasional situations/projects.
