About the role

  • Report to the Austin-based CEO/Founder as second in command
  • Lead and optimize operational processes to support rapid growth
  • Collaborate directly with CEO to implement strategic initiatives as Lead Integrator
  • Drive performance, productivity, and profitability across the organization
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Inspire and manage a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Act as a strategic, action-oriented President-type with potential to step into COO role

Requirements

  • Degree / MBA
  • Right to Work in Country USA Citizen
  • Proven experience in senior operations management
  • Experience in a high-growth small company (20-50 staff range) (not only from a medium or large corporation)
  • Skills Required: Operations, Integrator, D2C, Apparel
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote-based work environment, with occasional in-person meetings
  • Experience taking companies through a major growth curve over a 3-5+ year tenure, ideally twice before
