Requirements
Proven track record as a senior operations executive (COO, EVP, or divisional President/GM) in construction, contracting, industrial services, or infrastructure sectors.
Minimum 15+ years progressive leadership experience, with multi-division, multi-sector oversight.
Strong background in construction operations, large-scale project delivery, and contracting services.
Demonstrated success in business transformation, growth initiatives, and operational scaling.
Experience with equipment management, energy systems, and/or security technology is highly advantageous.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, and strategic investment decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
