Define and implement the company's operational strategy to optimize revenue, margins and customer satisfaction for the two production sites in France and the Czech Republic.
Oversee activities of various company departments: production, planning/procurement, methods/industrial engineering, maintenance, industrial infrastructure and shipping.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental rules and standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
Manage relationships with customer service teams and commercial partners.
Approve order scheduling with support from the planning/procurement manager.
Optimize workload distribution between the two production sites in France and the Czech Republic.
Prepare load and billing forecasts.
Improve industrial performance in terms of health & safety, quality and productivity.
Propose and lead continuous improvement projects.
Improve production processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance.
Manage the industrial budget; define and oversee capital investments.
Manage human resources and supervise staff development.
Participate in meetings and negotiations with employee representative bodies.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent), preferably from an engineering school
More than 10 years' experience in an industrial environment
Over 5 years' experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of production flow and throughput management
Proficiency with commercial and industrial management tools (ERP, etc.)
Knowledge of current regulations and standards (quality, hygiene, safety, environment and health)
Fluency in English
