Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare or caregiving)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Minimum Experience: Entry-level
