Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environment.
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for Agile software development or digital transformation teams.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global organization with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
Working knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) and industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Agile toolsets such as JIRA, MS Office, and other collaboration tools.
