Responsibilities
Act as the technical bridge between engineering and support solutions for customers
Develop and maintain ILS documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product supportability and reliability
Contribute to spares planning, obsolescence management, and lifecycle cost optimization
Support reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis
Analyze field issues and coordinate root cause investigations
Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering (i.e. automation, electronics, telecom, mechanics, mechatronics, engineering physics) or other relevant education
At least 2 years of professional experience in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) engineering in an industrial environment
Knowledge of testability concepts is appreciated
Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
