About the role

  • Manage portfolio of strategic projects, partnering with stakeholders across the business and owning projects through execution and beyond
  • Analyze marketplace trends, recognize opportunities for growth
  • Partner with the analytics team to improve reporting
  • Operate and maintain our buyer reporting suite, adding new functionality for buyers as needed and auditing reporting for accuracy
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies in the market and manage program to update pricing data to ensure freshness
  • Own the fulfillment and refunds process end-to-end, initiate withdrawals and transfers from the PSA Vault, identify items purchased erroneously and initiate refunds for buyers
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure billing statements are accurate and buyers are making timely payments
  • Use internal tooling to manage item targeting based on buyer and internal criteria
  • Own buyer onboarding process end-to-end, gather necessary information from buyers, create buyer accounts and dashboards, work with accounting to add buyer to ERP system, and add buyer information to all internal tooling
  • Maintain the buyer information database, updating with new information as received from buyers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or an operating role at a company
  • Strategic thinker with experience synthesizing learnings in a business to drive growth
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively improve processes and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams (e.g., Operations, Accounting, Vault, Grading)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive financial and client information with accuracy and discretion
  • Proficiency with internal tools, databases, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets or similar)
  • Bonus if you have experience automating processing using off-the-shelf tools
