Responsibilities

Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, refined business need, and decision-making authority.
Maintain accurate records of leads and their progression through the sales cycle within Salesforce.
Schedule introductory calls and product demos for Account Executives and Solution Engineers.
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and Synthesio product updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven success in a business development or sales role will be a plus, ideally within the SaaS or market research industry.
Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding of objection handling techniques will be a plus.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Experience using sales intelligence tools such as Sales Navigator, Cognism, and email automation platforms like Lemlist is highly desirable.
