About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage potential Strategic clients through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative channels).
  • Research large and complex accounts, map multiple stakeholders, and personalize outreach to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Educate prospects about Wellhub’s mission and value proposition, creating interest and securing meetings for the sales team.
  • Overcome objections, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships at different levels, including executives and senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Strategic AEs to align messaging, share insights, and strategize on multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation goals.
  • Be a Wellhub ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Reside in São Paulo.
  • Availability to go to the office at least twice a month.
  • A true team player who loves collaborating to reach ambitious goals.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and goal-oriented — ideally with previous experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for Enterprise or large accounts.
  • Organized and self-motivated — you can handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
  • Coachable, curious, and always seeking to learn and improve.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (native).
  • Advanced English is a plus.
  • Experience working with government/public sector clients is a strong plus.
