About the role

  • Business Development Representative responsible for creating and managing corporate events through a SaaS platform. Engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating with marketing to enhance outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities across target verticals (financial services, legal, professional services)
  • Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn and email to spark meaningful conversations
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos for our Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise outbound campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain accurate records and activity notes in HubSpot CRM
  • Experiment with **AI tools and automation** to improve prospecting efficiency and creativity
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, workflows and processes

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (ideally in SaaS or technology sales)
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across phone, video and email
  • Organised, energetic and resilient
  • Genuinely interested in how **AI can enhance sales workflows**
  • Motivated to learn, grow and contribute ideas
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment
