About the role
- Develop and own a portfolio of prospects for Uncapped’s working capital financing product
- Identify and qualify businesses suited to Uncapped’s offering (lead qualification)
- Source leads via multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to Founders, CEOs, and CFOs of high-growth brands and retailers
- Manage and nurture an investment leads pipeline; provide accurate flow predictions and use CRM effectively
- Design and implement creative outreach strategies with sales leaders
- Become a subject matter expert on the working capital funding market and competitive options
- Contribute recommendations to improve sales systems, processes, and scripts
- Partner with Account Executives, join discovery calls, and support the sales cycle
- Lead by example to create an inspiring team environment
Requirements
- Strong academic background, preferably with a bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Significant extracurricular involvement and achievements
- Interest in the high-growth E-commerce ecosystem
- Some experience in a commercial role (sales or partnerships) is desirable
- Natural people person: charismatic and emotionally intelligent with adaptable communication style
- Excellent analytical and administration skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar sales platform would be beneficial
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or US without requiring visa sponsorship
