About the role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for IC products and segments.
  • Identify and explore potential markets through detailed market intelligence.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business.
  • Visit customers regularly, prepare commercial proposals, and lead negotiations.
  • Support distributors’ activities and oversee key projects for new products and product changes.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Build strong cooperation with international technical laboratories and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure positive account planning, financial tracking, and project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, ideally in technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Czech/Slovak industrial market.
  • Technical background (Chemical Engineer, Materials Engineer, or similar).
  • Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 3,000–5,000 km per month).
  • Experience in working within an international corporate environment.
