Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for IC products and segments.
Identify and explore potential markets through detailed market intelligence.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business.
Visit customers regularly, prepare commercial proposals, and lead negotiations.
Support distributors’ activities and oversee key projects for new products and product changes.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
Build strong cooperation with international technical laboratories and supply chain teams.
Ensure positive account planning, financial tracking, and project delivery.
Requirements
5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, ideally in technical sales.
Strong knowledge of the Czech/Slovak industrial market.
Technical background (Chemical Engineer, Materials Engineer, or similar).
Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 3,000–5,000 km per month).
Experience in working within an international corporate environment.
