Responsibilities
Develop and implement West Telco Brazil's channel and partnership strategy;
Actively generate new B2B business and sales;
Prospect, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities;
Lead meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations;
Build and manage the sales pipeline with a focus on growth and results;
Work with clear targets, performance tracking, and forecasting;
Map the market, identify opportunities, and drive expansion;
Conduct on-site visits to clients and partners, and participate in events and external meetings according to the commercial strategy.
Requirements
Over 6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
Experience selling technology solutions;
Hunter profile, focused on new sales and growth;
Bachelor's degree completed;
Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
Strong results and target orientation;
Intermediate or advanced English.
Experience with channel development;
Knowledge of databases;
Experience with consultative selling or longer/complex sales cycles;
