About the role

  • Champion a mix of client relationship management and new business sales.
  • Account management lead role, seeking new business opportunities within the client base.
  • Proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls daily to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Build relationships with lapsed customers, low spenders, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Work with the Customer Excellence Team to ensure smooth handover, conversion and ensure transactions are efficiently completed.
  • Cross-sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, introducing customers to new products and educating them about the full product and service offer across divisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs such as revenue, call volumes and quality, talk time and orders raised.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • A resilient and proactive mindset with a dynamic and dedicated attitude.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in outbound calling or customer contact roles is desirable.
