About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Commercial team.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading key commercial documents.
  • Monitor the progress of new business opportunities and key projects.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Actively monitor competitor activity and products.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports for team meetings.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator, sales support, team assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Suite.
  • Prior experience using a CRM system is highly regarded.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of initiative and an ambition to grow professionally.
  • A passion for and knowledge of the live music, sport, events, or entertainment industry.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B sales or business development environment.
