Responsibilities
Generar negocio desde cero, desarrollar relaciones comerciales a largo plazo y contribuir directamente al crecimiento de la facturación de la compañía
Prospección activa y apertura de nuevas cuentas
Generación y gestión de pipeline comercial
Identificación de oportunidades en clientes potenciales
Venta consultiva de servicios IT
Gestión del ciclo completo de ventas (desde contacto inicial hasta cierre)
Coordinación con equipos técnicos y de selección
Seguimiento de KPIs comerciales y objetivos de facturación
Fidelización y expansión de cuentas activas
Requirements
2–4 años de experiencia en consultoría tecnológica o IT staffing
Experiencia demostrable en venta consultiva B2B
Haber trabajado con perfiles IT (Data, Cloud, Desarrollo, etc.)
Perfil claramente hunter, orientado a captación
Capacidad de negociación y cierre
Alta autonomía y mentalidad de crecimiento
Castellano fluido
Catalán valorable
